Mr N’s complaint is partly upheld. To put matters right, Capita shall pay a total of £1,500 to Mr N in recognition of the distress and inconvenience that he has suffered.

Mr N has complained that administrative errors by Capita prevented him from making a timely decision about the transfer of his benefits out of the Scheme. He said that he received a lower cash equivalent transfer value (CETV) because of the delay.
