Anthony Arter reappointed as Pensions Ombudsman
Today, the Department for Work and Pensions announced that Anthony Arter has been reappointed as the Pensions Ombudsman and the Pension Protection Fund Ombudsman for a further two years until 31 July 2021.
Anthony Arter, the Pensions Ombudsman said:
I am delighted to have the opportunity to continue the transformational work that has been underway from when I took up office in May 2015.
Since then I have introduced many changes to the way in which we deliver our service and great progress has been made. I look forward to continuing this process to improve the customer journey; making it easier, simpler and quicker for people to resolve their pension disputes.
