Notice of remote oral hearing: November 2020
Update 2 November 2020: Unfortunately due to the announcement of the new Coronavirus restrictions, the remote hearing has been postponed until further notice.
There will be a remote oral hearing on 18 November 2020 at 10.00am hosted at the offices of the Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 4PU as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of a complaint made by Mr S against the Ministry of Defence in respect of the Armed Forces Pension Scheme.
The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend remotely contacts us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 24 hours before the start of the hearing, so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
