Optimum Retirement Benefit Plan: Notice of Oral Hearing

There will be a hearing on 30 March 2022 at 10am at the office of The Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, E14 4PU, as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of an application by an individual member and Dalriada against: Mr Gordon Craig; Mr Martin Kelly; and Mr Gerard Reilly, who are or were trustees of the Optimum Retirement Benefit Plan.

The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than Monday 21 March 2022, so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
