Complaint summary
Mrs R complained that the Employer provided her with:
- An incorrect benefit quotation on 31 July 2019 on which she says she relied on when deciding to retire in November 2019.
- Incorrect information during a telephone enquiry in August 2019.
Mrs R said that she should be compensated for the error and the distress and inconvenience she suffered as a result.
