I do not uphold Mr W’s complaint and no further action is required by DWP or MyCSP. 

Complaint summary

There are two parts to Mr W’s complaint. The first, is that his former employer, DWP, failed to comply with the direction made against it by the Cabinet Office, in July 2020, to pay him £250 compensation for delays in dealing with his injury benefit appeal. The second, is that the compensation awarded is insufficient.
