I do not uphold Mr I’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee or Prudential.

Complaint summary

Mr I’s complaint against the Trustee is that it refunded his pension contributions, without his knowledge and against his wishes, after he left employment with Parker Hannifin (the Employer). He maintains that the Trustee should reverse the refund and reinstate his benefits in the Plan. He also asks that it reimburse him for the stress he has suffered, the time he has spent on this matter and for the investment losses he has incurred.

Mr I’s complaint against Prudential is that he never received a letter from it dated 13 February 2017 (the Options Letter).
