Complaint summary
Ms DN and Ms YEN have complained that ReAssure failed to consider all relevant information when awarding death benefits from the Scheme following the death of their father, including the fact that they were nominated beneficiaries. Ms DN and Ms YEN disagree with ReAssure’s decision not to pay them any benefits from the Scheme. Ms DN and Ms YEN have also complained that ReAssure provided misleading information and inadequately dealt with their subsequent complaint.
