Mr N’s complaint against the HMO and MyCSP is partly upheld. To put matters right the HMO and MyCSP shall, in total, pay Mr N £2,000 in recognition of the distress and inconvenience caused. Of this sum, the HMO shall pay Mr N £500 and MyCSP £1,500.
