I do not uphold Mrs N’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee.

Complaint summary

Mrs N has complained that it took too long for the administrator of the Fund (the Administrator) to put her spouse’s pension into payment, following the death of her late husband, Mr N, in December 2020. Mr N had been a pensioner member of the Fund prior to his death.

Mrs N said the delay caused her financial difficulty, as well as distress and inconvenience.
