Notice of oral hearing: November 2024
There will be a hearing on 26 November 2024 at 2.00pm at the office of The Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, E14 4PU, as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of complaints made by two applicants against Mr Michael Woolley and PIM Trustees Limited (Company Number:03531478) in respect of the Magnum Retirement Benefit Scheme.
The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than Friday 1 November 2024 so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
