Ms T’s complaint against Railpen is partly upheld. To put matters right Railpen shall pay Ms T £500 in recognition of the significant distress and inconvenience which she has suffered dealing with this matter.
Mrs N’s complaint is partly upheld. To put matters right Sun Life shall pay Mrs N an additional £425 to recognise the significant distress and inconvenience its maladministration has caused.
Dr I’s complaint is partially upheld and, to put matters right, HLAM and II should each refund £58.31 of HLAM’s SIPP Management fees.
The complaint is partly upheld against the Council.
Mr S’ complaint against the Trustee is partly upheld. To put matters right the Trustee shall pay £1,000 to Mr S in respect of the serious distress and inconvenience which he has suffered.
Dr S’ complaint against NHS BSA and PCSE is partially upheld. To put matters right for the part that is upheld, NHS BSA and PCSE shall each pay Dr S £500, the combined total being £1,000, for the serious distress and inconvenience she has experienced.
Mrs R’s complaint against the Council is partly upheld. To put matters right the Council shall pay Mrs R £1,000 in respect of the significant distress and inconvenience caused.
Mr N’s complaint against NCC is partly upheld. To put matters right, NCC shall pay Mr N £500 for significant distress and inconvenience.
